Draft — pending counsel review. This page was drafted from an issue-spotting brief, not by a lawyer. It will change before mainnet.
What we collect
- Wallet addresses and signatures you submit (pledges, consent sign-ups, claims). These are public on Solana anyway.
- X handles you choose to add to a consent sign-up.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for rate limits and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.
- Your approximate country/region as reported by our host (Cloudflare), used only to block sanctioned regions. It is not stored.
- Mints you nominate and the public market data we fetch about them.
What we don't do
No account, no email, no cookies for tracking, no third-party analytics or ad scripts, no selling of data. Your theme choice is kept in your own browser.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Market data comes from DEX Screener, CoinGecko/GeckoTerminal and Jupiter, called from our server, not your browser. Chain reads go through a paid Solana RPC provider. Lore text is generated with the Anthropic Claude API from public coin facts only; no personal data is sent.
Retention and your choices
Rate-limit records are deleted daily. Consent sign-ups and nomination logs are kept for the life of the revival record. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone. To ask about or remove off-chain data, contact us at privacy contact, to be published before launch.
